High-quality fuel injectors with reliable performance
R5237045 is a dedicated electronically controlled unit injector for the Detroit Series 60 12.7L heavy-duty diesel engine, featuring an integrated extra-long-stroke external boost spring, a dual-needle solenoid control valve, and a precision needle valve assembly with multiple micropores. It does not require an external high-pressure common rail fuel line; instead, it relies on a cam-driven plunger in the cylinder head to generate ultra-high injection pressure. Featuring a two-stage stratified injection design (pre-injection + main injection), it is perfectly compatible with older North American Series 60 heavy-duty diesel powertrains.
6-month warranty. Damage caused by accidental impact, high-temperature scorching, rough disassembly or installation, or prolonged use of low-quality diesel fuel is not covered under the warranty.
