5235580 is a dedicated electronically controlled single-unit fuel injector designed for the Detroit Series 60 14-liter heavy-duty engine. It features an external large-diameter boost spring, paired with a dual-needle solenoid control valve and a high-precision micro-orifice needle valve. It does not require an external common-rail fuel line and relies on the cylinder head cam to drive the plunger and generate high-pressure injection. It employs a two-stage stratified injection structure consisting of a pre-injection and main injection phases, and is compatible with 14L heavy-duty diesel engines meeting North American Tier 2 and Tier 3 emissions standards.

The warranty period is 6 months. Damage caused by accidental impact, high-temperature scorching, rough disassembly or installation, or prolonged use of low-quality diesel fuel is not covered under the warranty.
